Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date or service delivery date. Eligibility is determined based on the nature of the service and the stage of delivery.

2. Fully Refundable

  • Services not yet commenced or delivered
  • Software licenses before activation
  • Subscription services cancelled within the first 14 days

3. Partially Refundable

  • Ongoing projects — refund calculated based on work not yet delivered, minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Training sessions — refund for unattended sessions if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance

4. Non-Refundable

  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
  • Consulting hours already rendered
  • Digital products or reports already downloaded or accessed
  • Domain registrations and third-party license fees

5. Refund Process

To request a refund: (1) Email [email protected] with your invoice number and reason; (2) Our team reviews the request within 5 business days; (3) Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team by emailing [email protected]. All disputes are handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
