1. Service Delivery
Aurora Technologies delivers IT solutions and digital services through secure electronic channels. All project deliverables, documentation, and reports are shared via encrypted platforms and approved communication channels.
2. Delivery Methods

3. Project Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines for custom projects are agreed upon during the scoping and proposal phase. Standard milestones include: requirements gathering, development sprints, UAT (user acceptance testing), and go-live. Delays caused by client-side dependencies do not constitute a breach of delivery terms.
4. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation notification is sent upon completion of each deliverable. Clients have 5 business days to review and accept deliverables. Absence of feedback within this period constitutes acceptance.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect client information (invalid email, expired access credentials), Aurora Technologies will make up to 3 re-delivery attempts. Additional attempts may incur administrative fees.
