1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Aurora Technologies website (aurora-tech.jo) and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services

Aurora Technologies provides IT consulting, ERP implementation (Odoo), custom software development, web and mobile application development, and managed IT support services. All engagements are governed by individual service agreements in addition to these general terms.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of account credentials; (c) comply with all applicable Jordanian and international laws; (d) not misuse our services for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through approved payment gateways including our approved payment gateway. All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon invoice unless a different schedule is agreed in the service contract. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and proprietary methodologies on this website are the exclusive property of Aurora Technologies and are protected under Jordanian intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables are governed by individual project agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aurora Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Aurora Technologies is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Amman, Jordan, in accordance with Jordanian arbitration law.

9. Modifications

Aurora Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
