Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders for products or services may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on work already initiated.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Ongoing service subscriptions (hosting, SLA support, managed services) may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
3. Project Cancellation
For custom development and implementation projects: (a) Cancellation before project kickoff — full refund minus 10% administrative fee; (b) Cancellation during active development — payment due for all delivered milestones plus work-in-progress at the agreed hourly rate; (c) Cancellation after delivery — no refund applies.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service or order: (1) Submit a written cancellation request to [email protected]; (2) Include your contract or order reference number; (3) A confirmation email will be sent within 3 business days with any applicable fees outlined.
5. Data After Cancellation
Upon service cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export. After this period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required by law.
6. Outstanding Obligations
Cancellation does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered. Any outstanding invoices remain due per the original payment terms.
